From a young age, Kyle has been immersed in the world of photography, working alongside his father, Carl, who mentored him in the art of capturing memories through the lens. At the tender age of 8, he began his journey by learning to change film, progressing to capturing chairlift photos at 12 and shooting exhilarating ski and rafting scenes at 17. After completing his business degree at the esteemed University of North Texas in Denton, Kyle embarked on photographing portraits, weddings, and seniors, delving further into his passion.

Since graduating, Kyle has spearheaded the transformation of Southern Exposure into a modern-day photography enterprise, seamlessly blending technology and lifestyle portraiture to meet the evolving demands of the industry. This forward-thinking approach has allowed him to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing photography market.

In 2021, Kyle tied the knot with Rachel, a partner who constantly challenges him to adapt to market dynamics and truly understand the unique needs and desires of his clients. Rachel's background in the art gallery scene brings a fresh perspective to Kyle's work, allowing him to continuously push his creative boundaries.
Their partnership fuels their daily endeavors, as they strive to deliver the utmost excellence in every photograph they capture.
